Well we did it again. Rocketeer won another culinary award, this time at the St Thomas charter yacht show. Food award for crewed yacht charters. We served two delicious dishes, crabmeat samosas and coconut shrimp with coconut, mango, and apple chutney presented in coconut shells on a bed of banana leaves. So we have entered two culinary contests and won a prize at each. Let the judges decide! The food on Rocketeer ranks in the top tier of the crewed yacht charter fleet. It is hard to describe just how good the food is on Rocketeer. Almost everything we serve is made from wholesome fresh ingredients, locally produced whenever possible. We don’t take shortcuts, we cook from scratch. Chef Grassa was trained in Brazil, India, and Germany and can produce beautiful regional dishes with a Caribbean touch.
